December 2012 – May 2014 – Director of Technology Operations Center (TOC)− Defined TOC policies, procedures and staffing.− Daily management of TOC operations with 100% SLA compliance – international team of ≈200 members, including Sochi core team, Games partners’ and suppliers’ team s (Rostelecom, Megafon, Microsoft, Avaya, Omega, AtoS, Samsung) located in Moscow and Sochi, distributed across ≈20 venues during Test Events, rehearsals and Games, ≈11 500 users of services.August 2010 – May 2014 – Director of Information Systems Department, member of Technology Committee− Developed IT services implementation plan aligned with business units’ goals and requirements. Acted as a main liaison between Technology and Senior Leadership. Led IS department planning, budgeting and operational processes.− Technology Committee operational management leader, orchestrating key IT decisions landing (estimation of IT services implementation effectiveness, IT services development, monitoring key projects progress). ≈0,5 mln saved for 20 projects.− IS department leader (growing from 10 employees in 2010 to 80 FTEs in 2014), implemented ≈40 information systems (ERP, DMS, CRM etc.) and high profile web-sites. Some projects were awarded by Project of the year award from GlobalCIO portal in 2012 and 2013. Led end-to-end relationships with strategic vendors (e.g. Microsoft) up to senior executive level.− IS relocation from Moscow to Sochi data center – 4 months.− Awarded by the diploma of the President of Russian Federation. − Realized projects on IT strategy development, integration and implementation of several information systems (SyteLine, MS Axapta, MES, WMS) in cooperation with subcontractor (client – Gotek), supply chain conception development (one of the biggest Russian retailers)− Software and consulting services selling: provided signing of ≈1 million USD contract− Implemented Customer Relationship Management system (Frontstep CRM) for internal sales and marketing departments

Quality control.− Implemented internal management accounting system, personnel certification procedures.− Developed integration solution for ERP and budgeting systems (Axapta and PlanDesigner).− Realized the most important projects: Scala financial and budgeting system implementation (Combellga Telecom); functional design and preparation for implementation of MS Axapta (JSC Scientific Development and Production Center Moscow radio-technical factory); logistics and financial business processes optimization (Econica-Techno).

Created analytics group within Economics department:− budget control and analysis, costs analysis− developed and implemented budgeting procedures (processes, planning and reporting forms etc.)− developed and implemented Key Performance Indicators (KPI) system as Balanced ScoreCard (BSC) for top-management (25 persons), and middle management (60 persons).
