• To work closely with the project executives and the COO to monitor and report project’s scope, scheduling and development. • Power Plant Engineering and Construction using Lean Construction Management Methods.• CAPEX budget management.• Projects planning, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring, WBS.• Monitor day-to-day operational aspects of all project activities, necessary to ensure successful implementation and limitation of conflicts between activities.• Review the established project management processes and to make sure that the project is delivered on time, within budget and meeting the expected quality standards, implementing proper leadership to establish collaboration between entities to ensure that all activities are well integrated in the project to meet the deliverables at best cost possible. • Act as a liaison on coordinating activities across different organizational functions and gather all relevant information to maintain a clean database of drawings, documentation and expenses reports. • Prepare and make presentations to the Executive Committee, stakeholders and partners when necessary.• Track project progress on a daily bases and issue weekly and monthly project status reports about the project scope advances and scheduling, finance and capital disbursement budget.• Identification of any situation that could represent a bottle neck or identify critical paths and deal with them, identify material availability and impact on deliverables, as well as evaluate ongoing resources of contractors and third parties.
