The project, which I was responsible for, resulted from the pension reform in the Czech Republic. The result of the project was a brand new core pension system built from the scratch covering complete agenda of the 2nd a 3rd pillar. The team members covered all the necessary activities – business and functional analysis, system architecture including HW sizing, implementation, complex data migration, functional and performance testing, deployment and production support. During the project we provided continuous consultations in the area of pension strategy, work process optimization and usability.The multilayer system is based on Oracle DB and Java technologies and uses application framework developed by Cleverlance. System consists of several modules which meets these business agendas: System administration, Demand for pension, Client Accounting, Contract registration, Contract administration, Bankrupts, Product support, Product configuration, Segmentation, Central Supervision (National supervision, Central contract registration), Payment system, Provision system, Fund investment, Anti money laundering.Integration interfaces connect the system to the state’s supervision SDPF, several web based repositories, central DMS, bank account depository, accounting system, fund investment company, Data Warehouse, central document processing services, and to other parties.As a result of the project a new product unit was established at Cleverlance Group.

I was responsible for the Program office of Transformation Program in SoGe EEMEA region, leading "Quick Win" projects in SoGe CZ and supporting Program Manager in the program definition and operation.

I worked at Vodafone as a Delivery Manager & Centralized Project Manager responsible for whole life-cycle of the projects mainly oriented on consumer solutions and campaigns.I was responsible for Xmas campaign 2009, approx. 2300 Man Days, 5 subvendors.
