WPP/Ogilvy Tesco T3 team Account Director.Responsible for managing and growing client relationships, overseeing the execution of campaigns across multiple channels. My role involved serving as the primary point of contact for Tesco, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and understanding their business objectives.I worked closely with cross-functional teams to execute integrated campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media channels, while monitoring campaign performance and providing regular updates to clients. I also managed project timelines and budgets, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within scope.

Leading a team of six, in the content department for Škoda Auto Global marketing. Focusing on product communication, presales & sales. Producing different assets – pre sales brochures and sales catalogues, product and lifestyle images and videos, both shot on locations and CGI produced. Coordinating suppliers - photographers, production companies, photo, DTP and CGI studios.

Had to take over leadership of whole content team overnight. Reorganised and built up the completely new sales literature & content department for Škoda Auto. Built up a deep Škoda product knowledge. Consolidated all the running projects, stated priorities, and delivered all projects in time, in required quality and volume. Updated processes, made the cooperation and communication with different Škoda departments more efficient, faster and beneficial for all stakeholders.

Škoda content and literature team. Primarily responsible for managing team producing international presales and sales product materials for Škoda Auto a.s. Planning, briefing, budgeting, creative development, presenting and delivering to all Škoda markets. Complete Škoda car line product and lifestyle photo, video and CGI assets production.Secondarily responsible for international ATL integrated campaigns development and production.

After the first year, I took over the whole account of Toyota Motor Czech and Slovakia.Worked not only for Czech and Slovak Toyota importer, but also for the CZ and SK dealernetwork (more than 50 partners) and for Lexus Czech and Slovakia.Other major clients I worked for – Wienerberger, Novell and CZ.NIC.Closely cooperated with Lead agency in London and later also with the CEE Hub in Hungary.

Small agency with a wide clients’ portfolio. I was literally jack of all trades as my main duties were – account management, project leading, event management, sound and video production, public relations, traffic management and many others. Worked for clients Pivovary Staropramen, Karlovarská Korunní, Česká Spořitelna, AXA, Lenovo, ŠkoFIN, Bosch, Mlada Fronta, T-Mobile,Olympus,Synot Tip and Hannah.Led team of two account executives.

First experience in advertising business, working as an Junior Account manage, learned a lot and became a big fan of the whole advertising world. Clients Galerie Butovice shopping mall and STOCK.
