Railway and aged-care projects

Contracted to be the CA helping on multiple projects but most noticeably contracted to facilitate an airport installation namely FAT YAK BAR. From start to finish.

The main project was an SGCH 25 Milion 7 storey 67 Unit mixed development. Managed from concrete procurement till handover. Initially started by working on a contract basis, and managing the letting of packages for a $20 million Kinderkids child development centre, based on the quality of my work was requested to sign on full time and tackle the SGCH job.Unfortunately ICHOR disbanded mid 2018.

Took over for a girl who went on maternity leave and had a chance to get back into CA side works.

Estimation and Administration on med to large projects in the private sector. This includes but is not limited to bank valuations, construction costs (for builders or clients) and tax depreciation.

Candidate PQS in the mining industry. Tasks include contract administration, estimation, technician, training the new employees to fulfil their future obligations,creating VBA programs to increase company efficiency and thus competitiveness. Clients include Anglo American, BHP Billiton, Coal of Africa, etc. Projects range in billions.Last project in country was a 1.5 billion refurbishment of a goldmine. just me as and a site manager and a pm. Lead to company being bought out instead of liquidated
