Current- Driving stand-up of the Defense Security Cooperation University (DSCU) Institutional Capacity Building (ICB) Directorate in developing policies and procedures, shaping missions and requirements, establishing personnel.
- Directs the development of SC practices to enable foreign partners to build their defense and security sector institutions in line with security sector governance and core management competencies
- Leads the advancement of the field and practice of ICB for the Department of Defense (DOD), Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) and DSCU. Provides thought leadership, drives innovation, and fosters an.

- Oversees 10 USC Section 332 program planning, design, resourcing, and monitoring: including Congressional Notification and Reporting
- Serves as senior ICB advisor to DSCA Director, Deputy Director, DSCU President, and other DSCA senior leadership on ICB policy, strategy, planning and resourcing
