We had customers in many varying industries such as retail, tech, public sector, automotive and energy.As Nexer was in a scale up and expansion phase I was also part of setting and executing on Nexer's strategic agenda meaning establishing Nexer’s new position as the promising tech company of the future. This also meant optimizing processes and ways of working in both internal and external collaborations.

Netmore is a scale-up IoT communications operator building eco systems for the real estate industry and cities/regions. I was running a commercial program aiming at digitalizing one of Netmore's key real estate customers and preparing their property portfolio for the future in subscription based IoT applications and smart buildings. The program had a sustainability target of reducing CO2 emissions by 10% by taking control of the property energy, electricity and water consumption. The work was done in tight collaboration with Netmore C-level management.

My role was to lead a transition with the purpose of launching a new recurring revenue business model for the Mobile Access product at Assa Abloy/HID Global supported by a cloud based platform. I was part of a Product Management team working in a SAFe based environment tightly together with both engineering and sales teams. My responsibility was to drive the initiative of moving the entire customer base of approx. 4000 B2B customers to the new business model and an AWS based management platform.

I managed a retail digitalization program together with an external agency aiming at drastically imrpoving the customer experience in the Tele2 stores. The initiative was introducing new modern digi-physical customer experiences in the areas of product visualization, sales management, payment methods, warehousing & delivery process automation. The initiative was based on a Omni channel strategy with the eCommerce platform Magento as the foundation.

During this period I lead an agile tech project where the B2B digital customer portal was re-built in order to optimize the customer experience, drive sales and customer retention. The team consisted of two development squads of Front-End and Back-End Developers, Tech Leads, QAs and Scrum Masters.

I worked in the role of IT project manager with two parallel projects. The first was procurement and migration initiative to move the Incentive & Commission Management System from an On-Prem solution to a Cloud based platform due to end-of-support from the supplier. The second was a project analyzing the billing process at Tele2 together with an external management consultancy agency aiming at reducing costs by identifying improvements.

I managed a major change initiative aiming at transforming the Online business by creating a more data driven organization, radically changing the Online infrastructure and applying a new operating/organizational model. The initiative was part of a company wide efficiency program targeting all markets and functions and a 1 billion SEK EBITDA margin increase.

Project manager for development projects within radio base station design at Ericsson. Leader of approximately 30-40 project members within technical design, sourcing, procurement, production and test development. Responsible for releasing products to the market on time - at the right quality and cost.

Responsible for managing projects with purpose to introduce new radio network hardware and software products in the Ericsson supply chain. Budget, timeplan, resource, risk, quality and status communication was included in the responsibility.

Responsible for leading a global change program in cooperation with a management consultancy agency aiming at reducing cost and lead time at Ericsson market units through local and central process improvements. Interaction with sales, solution, project and supply responsibles in order to identify and eliminate inefficiencies.

Product management and modeling specialist at Business Unit Networks with responsibility to develop product packages in SAP to support business and enable order and delivery. Commercial, product technical and supply related requirements were managed through variant configurator programming.
