Jag trivs i miljöer där det händer mycket; tillväxt, omstrukturering, ägarbyte, besparingar och effektiviseringar etc. Men är samtidigt väldigt flexibel och öppen för olika bolag, miljöer och branscher. CFO, COO, controller, stöd i processer såsom M&A, börsnotering, organisationsförändring eller vad som helst som ett bolag kan tänkas stöta på.

Skincity is the leading online retailer of professional skincare in the Nordics and since 2018 also established in the UK via an acquisition of Effortless Skin Ltd that I was responsible of. After the acquisition I got the opportunity to be responsible for the integration of Effortless Skin Ltd (UK) into Skincity Sweden AB, including rebranding, implementing strategies, processes and functions to merge the companies. Developed the business together with the UK management and set the budget for the company. I left the company when Skincity.co.uk was successfully launched in Feb 2019.

Responsibility of all finance issues, with main focus on business development, controlling, budgeting and planning.Achievements; responsible for the DD when Axel Johnson Group acquired Skincity Sweden AB in 2017 and for the operational DD when Skincity Sweden AB acquired Effortless Skin Ltd in 2018. Founded subsidiaries in Finland and Norway 2018.

Responsibility of all finance issues including accounting, controlling, HR, interim and annual reports, secretary at board and shareholder meetings, legal and compliance, payment solutions etc. Achievements; Listing on Nasdaq First North 2012 and Nasdaq Stockholm (Small cap) 2015. Several issue of shares. Founding of subsidiaries in Norway, Finland and Denmark. Implementation of IFRS and Microsoft Dynamics Navision (NAV), procurement of banking relations. Sportamore grew the annual net sales from 68 MSEK to 600 MSEK during my time at the company.Responsible for 5 employees within finance and HR.

Responsibility of all controlling issues within the Swedish subsidiary. Responsibility included budget for the Swedish company, several parts in the monthly and annual accounts, internal reporting, ad-hoc controlling etc. Reported to the swedish CFO as well as to the HQ in Germany. Built up a controlling department with different areas within business and financial controlling. Daily communication with the German HQ.Responsible for 4 controllers.
