In addition to working as Chief Development Officer, I had most of the time also other duties and departments in my lead. For example, there was 1-2 year period when I was working in addition also as Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief on Insurance services, and simultaneously supervised two other departments: Client Risk Management and Internal Services departments. I led creating of new insurance products, systems and services e.g. for Voluntary Vehicle/Kasko/Casco and Motor Third Party Liability (MTPL), farming, pet, horse, home, health & accident, and statutory workers compensation insurances. I led creating of all digital sales services for customers and partners, and created new partnerships for ICT, pet insurance sales. veterinaries, vehicle driving tracking, home and commercial security, and web-portal services. These products generate most of the insurance premium income in Pohjantähti today.As an example of innovations, I supervised the first pay as you drive (PAYD) car insurance product and service "FiksuTurva" in Finland already 2013. As an example of new kind of partnerships, I led hands on designing and implementing product, sales systems with online integrations and service processes for pet insurance sales with Musti Group and online claims with majority of Finnish veterinary clinics.
