The product's various IT support is used daily by all approx. 8,000 employment officers.Petter was responsible for the product's development budget, strategy, development plan, communication plan and implementation as well as overall maintenance during the product life cycle. With a combination of user and business insight, identify and define product needs to achieve good efficiency and high user and customer benefit in a cost-effective delivery. Based on new technology and processes, challenge operations to introduce new functions that increase efficiency and provide higher benefits. Consultant role with retail company (private sector).As program test leader within a high-priority program within New Business for a new web trading site comprising several different internal and external suppliers and systems.Petter was tasked with building up and managing the quality assurance function within the program and the associated various sub-projects and its suppliers (both internal and external suppliers) before completion through planned handover to an H&M employee.The assignment also included planning and preparation (test strategy, overall test plan, resource management and overall functional test cases "end-to-end") as well as coordination of the required test activities within the program's sub-projects and suppliers. The objective was to ensure that all internal/external supplier deliverables actually conformed to requirements and to verify that the delivered solution was of acceptable quality. Upon handing over the role of program test manager, Petter was given an extension in the program with two roles:- as the program's overall requirements manager.- as solution architect for the sub-project that managed the web part of the solution.Petter also continuously supported the program's EA architect group and release manager by producing detailed system maps of the various releases by ensuring clarification of the content of the various releases to ensure development towards the objective.

Consultant role with insurance company (private sector).As a lean & agile coach, focus on supporting and helping approximately 20 development teams in continued transformation regarding the introduction of Lean methodology and the Agile working method.The assignment also included developing structural capital regarding presentation and training materials that described the framework for the development teams' "new/changed" way of working, as well as conducting workshops to increase the team members' insights and commitment.Petter also developed an evaluation model during the assignment to see the maturity of the development teams regarding Lean and Agile.

To identify and prepare the required test cases, functional test cases "end-to-end" with a focus on system integration tests, and plan test capacity with relevant internal and external suppliers, based on the overall solution developed. To continuously deliver status reports and final report before delivery to acceptance test (AT).As a program test coordinator (project management), ensure that developed test flows with test cases within the IT solutions involved are planned in with relevant test resources and create and manage the necessary daily schedule with a focus on identified flows but also of relevant functionality within the respective IT solution. To analyze the necessary company processes and routines for change and release management which were then adapted to the new management organization which also contained its own internal development team in Latvia (Riga).As Change Manager (CM) and Release Manager (RM), Petter's task was to assist in building up the function for CM and RM, partly to continuously manage processes (changes and incidents), planning and management of the change work (RM) in the form of requests and requirements from Tele2 different countries, internal projects or from the IT organization as well as to plan and manage new system versions (CM) and to create information about these versions.In addition to this, Petter also provided support and assistance to the development team in Latvia (Riga) regarding the agile development methodology (Scrum) based on the business requirements (RFCs) and set delivery plans.
