This assignment was mainly about three areas: Project management, team leading and improving M-Commerce's way of working (WoW) towards a more agile approach based on agile principles.I was part of the M-Commerce Program Office team.I was the project manager for a project team with the main task to set up and creating new routines, guidelines and tools to make the general upgrading process more efficient and more straight forward when customers are upgrading their system to a newer version. I worked with a fixed team for this.I was responsible to communicate e.g. current progress and obstacles to SPM, Program Management, Product Owner and customer stakeholders. I worked closely together with the project manager on the customer side.I was also responsible for two of the M-Commerce development teams. This responsibility included tasks such as progress reporting, participating on daily stand-ups and Core D meetings, prioritization, communicate towards management, line management collaboration, etc.M-Commerce had taken a decision on changing their WoW towards a more agile approach. Based on my long experience working with several agile projects and agile teams I had the chance to help them out and to support them in their improvement work regarding start using more agile principles in their daily work.I also helped their Jira administrator to take some of the tasks related to administrating their Jira environment.
