As the CEO of TiGHT LED and Sales & Marketing Manager at LiteNordic, I bring a wealth of experience from the cultural and entertainment industry, with a particular focus on lighting solutions. My career began as a Project Manager at one of Norway's largest rental companies which evolved into a role as light designer for various bands.I hold a degree from the Nordic Institute for Stage and Studio, which laid the foundation for my specialized expertise in LED product development. Over the years, I have consistently pushed myself to improve and innovate, always striving to deliver cutting-edge solutions.My passion for the industry has been recognized with several accolades, including the "Ambassador of Light Award" from ClayPaky in 2014 for Distributor of the Year. Additionally, I was a part of the ETC Cobalt Core team from 2016 to 2019, where I contributed to the development of the Cobalt lighting console software.In 2010, I founded Elektrik Solutions together with 4 people, which expanded into Atendi in 2015, establishing a presence in the Nordic countries before I exited the company in 2019.
