I work at the Utrecht University of Applied Sciences School of Education where I run one of our partnerships NOA Urban Professional Development School of Amsterdam (11 boards-30 schools-1 mission: www.noa-amsterdam.nl). While my interests span a number of areas I am currently focusing on the development of professional identities of student teachers and teacher educators in alternative education. In addition to my work on workplace curriculum and teacher education I am a council member of the Dutch Association for Teacher Educators (Velon), member of the Peer Review Commission (Dutch Ministry of Education), member of the agenda committee of National Network Teacher Professionalisation and member of the Supervisory Board (president education) of Innoord.Highly organised, creative Program/Project Manager & Intrapreneur with substantial foreign study- en work experience in the field of Teacher Professional Learning, Practice-Based-Learning. Focus on (international) higher- en secondary education.
