I orchestrate and lead programmes with high strategic focus in the areas of Teacher Professional Learning/Workplace Learning. As teacher educator responsible for workplace learning, stakeholders management, finance, internal and external communication within the context of school-university partnership. Responsibilty for making new educational programmes in PDS (Workplace Curriculum), having a leading role in renewing quality assurance, recruiting talents and shaping the human capital agenda of the partnership (sHRM). I'm an external member of the Research Group Work-Based-Learning (Bob Koster, Fontys), the Dutch Association of Teacher Educators (Velon) and member of the Peer Review Commission PDS of DUS-I (OCW).The mission of NOA is to present student teachers a unique learning environment where they can develop a positive, inquisitive attitude towards teaching in the urban setting and attain the skills and competencies relevant to modern day teaching at identity-based schools (Waldorf, Montessori, Dalton, KED/Kunskapsskolan, SEN). NOA partners are: 30 secondary- and primary schools, University of Amsterdam, VU University Amsterdam, Amsterdam University of the Arts (Breitner Academy), University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, Amsterdam and Inholland. www.noa-amsterdam.nlWe pride ourselves on supporting trainees with Asylum Residence Permit (statushouders) and International students who do not speak Dutch so that they can engage in Dutch Education.

Responsibility for executing and leading projects with high strategic focus in the area of HRD (Learning&Development of Urban Educators), Talent Management and Placement Curriculum. The mission of NOA is to present student teachers a unique learning environment where they can develop a positive, inquisitive attitude towards teaching in the urban setting and attain the skills and competencies relevant to modern day teaching. In 2020, the Dutch Ministry of Education concluded the Bestuursakkoord on Flexibilisation of Teacher Education with the Association of Universities of Applied Sciences (Vereniging Hogescholen) and the Universities of The Netherlands (Universiteiten Nederland). Teacher education programs at the universities of applied sciences are working under the name Leraren voor Morgen on the implementation of the agreement (Bestuursakkoord Flexibilisering Lerarenopleidingen).

I advised the Policy Director of Education and Applied Research on strategic educational policy issues of the HvA. I defined the operationalized the organizational structure of all HvA minor-programmes. I also organized the annual HvA-conference for up to 1000 colleagues.

I advised the Faculty Dean on strategic educational policy issues. I managed a team of co-ordinators and I created and implemented the major-minor structure in de Faculty of Business and Economics.
