Petty Z. Goodman is a corporate and real estate paralegal with more than 20 years of experience handling real estate and corporate matters, including establishing charitable trusts, forming and obtaining tax-exempt status for nonprofit entities (public charities and private foundations), and providing ongoing guidance to ensure proper compliance with applicable state and IRS rules.
