Responsible for organising everything under the roof of the school so it could run and grow smoothly and everyone in it to feel accepted and well - from children to teachers, parents and all the other staff. Selecting the best team of teachers, leading, training, helping them to develop and believe in themselves, working actively with parents, organising all kind of events all the time, participating in different conferences and events as a leader of the school.

The Student Welfare Department addresses and helps with all non-academic issues of all VUM students. Student Welfare Department provides welfare support to all students throughout their time at Varna University of Management. Our doors are always open and we are happy to provide support, advice and guidance to students. We encourage any student who finds herself or himself in some sort of difficulty or distress, or feeling under particular pressure, to ask for help at an early stage. It is usually helpful to try not to let things drag on or to get out of control. Student Welfare Department works collaboratively on student physical and mental health and welfare issues with all the colleagues in the University, academic and administrative departments. Common reasons for seeking help include: low motivation, poor concentration, feelings of anxiety, conflict, uncertainty or isolation, and low mood, personal emotional challenges, cultural issues, etc.Student Welfare Department provides various services to support VUM students:– Assistance with medical/dentist issues, opening a bank account, language barriers, obtaining VISA to go on an internship and other services.– Provide support and mentor students for their welfare needs and personal issues via face to face meetings.– Counseling to identify and understand student personal and academic difficulties, in order to assist them with any additional educational training, or information.– Advice student whom and which department to ask if they need additional information about something particular and mediate if it needed between the institutions/department and the student.

The Career Center of Varna University of Management was founded in 2006 Academic Year. Since then, we have been preparing undergraduates, postgraduates, and alumni to make informed decisions about their futures by providing resources, programs, and counselling on career development, internships, employment, and continuing education.Our main goal was to establish a good balance between theoretical and practical skills of VUM students, to encourage students to put theory into practice by demonstrating the skills they have developed in real-life situations - either in VUM's training facilities or in various companies VUM has business relationships with.I was responsible for organizing Annual International Career fairs, developing a worldwide network of partners where my team was sending students on internships. To match the best applicant and the right employer was an amazing part of my work. Working with more than 40 nationalities, multi-cultural environment. I was sending students on internship and full-time jobs in different areas as Business, Tourism, IT and Culinary Arts. We developed a network of more than 80 Michelin starred restaurants, I was in contact with the best of the bests Chefs and restaurants in the world, where after careful selection, we were sending our amazing Culinary Arts Students.

Responsible for the company’s vision and image on the local, national and international markets, on Internet space, on the national and international exhibitions. Preparation of advertising strategies and monitoring their implementation. Correspondence and negotiations with foreign customers and suppliers. Actively participating in building and administration of the company’s websites. Photographing the models and their presentation in the catalogue and the websites of the company.
