•Review client profitability for revenue completeness and conduct validity checks during monthly close cycles•Complete monthly revenue backlog and evidence tracking and follow-up•Pull together revenue, comp, and headcount forecast reviews during forecast cycles and month-end analysis - at the Regional Practice Leader (RPL) level•Pull together monthly financial results highlights review decks for RPL's•Overall P&L review during month-end analysis and variance follow-up•Process revenue accruals during month-end cycle in accordance with AH accounting and US RFM guidelines•Provide analysis and support during annual target setting, working with Region targets to align with overall practice target. Provide similar support during quarterly forecast cycles.•Engage in Core Retirement metrics analysis

I am supporting Aon Hewitt's Accounting Operations team by preparing, validating, and submitting journal entries for posting as well as processing any manual accruals and topside entries provided by business finance during month-end close

• Prepare and analyze the financial information used that is used to make strategic decisions• Perform monthly detailed analysis through measurement of actual results against forecast/plan and/or prior periods• Consolidation of key metrics, financial trends, and risks and opportunities• Put together monthly detailed client level profitability analysis • Produce daily client level revenue reports in support of the month-end close process• Provide a monthly break-out of talent training costs and allocate to Outsourcing businesses• Consolidate, maintain, and update project revenue trackers on a monthly basis

• Assist with Aon Hewitt’s bi-weekly and quarterly deep dive forecasting processes• Assist with Aon Hewitt’s 2013 Annual Operating Plan process• Assist with Aon Hewitt’s monthly reporting and analysis activities• Provide analytical support on core financial processes for the Aon Hewitt portfolio and on adhoc analyses and projects • Perform monthly detailed analysis through measurement of actual results against forecast/plan and/or prior periods• Develop ongoing financial forecasts by analyzing and understanding past results and any anomalies affecting the data

• Provide customer service, comprehensive and first-hand assistance to staff and patrons experiencing computer issues• Guide patrons through the steps of reserving a computer, printing, copying, scanning• Ensure that computer and technology concerns are addressed in a timely manner• Install software suites and new hardware components

• Design account kits for new clients• Construct financial plans for clients• Organize retirement planning seminars and workshops and invite people to attend• Learn about a variety of different investment vehicles used in today's market environment
