Update client representatives on market conditions agreeing on candidate attraction strategies for future demand;◾️ Analyse and understand the changing business needs, and competitive landscape, and develop strategies;◾️ Identify, attract, and present professional level candidates utilizing a variety of sources;◾️ Maintain the accuracy of the complete hiring process within the applicant tracking system;◾️ Routinely provides performance feedback.
