As Group Product Manager at Luizalabs, I oversee product and business strategy for Aliança Marketplace across our brands—Magalu, Netshoes, and Estante Virtual—leading initiatives that drive value for both customers and the business. My role encompasses full ownership of marketplace product platforms, supporting a diverse ecosystem of partners, store owners, and development teams within the Magalu group.I lead and mentor a team of 11 Product Managers (7 direct and 4 indirect reports), fostering their personal and professional growth. Together, we drive end-to-end product development, from ideation through launch to the continuous tracking of success metrics and business impact. Our efforts are focused on enhancing the seller and customer experience across Magalu & Netshoes marketplaces.Our work has directly contributed to significant business milestones, including the onboarding of over 400,000 sellers and a GMV exceeding R$ 16 billion annually.
