My responsibilities include Setup, lead and manage a team in performing daily ad operations and optimization. The team supports the ads implementation of more than 10 key brands. I also support ads fulfillment operations include generating & sending Booking Orders, signing Insertion Order, trafficking to Sizmek and optimizing campaign performance, analyzing data and preparing Post Campaign Report with key learning and recommendations.

1. Drive the strategy for digital media platforms, and other emerging media based on trends and data.2. Market and present digital strategies to diverse audiences, manage multiple projects and maintain schedules and budgets.

1. Spearheads the operations and optimisation functions for the Southeast Asian region. 2. Instrumental in improving optimisation technologies by bringing in new methods of optimisation and data analysis. This has helped to ensure the increased accuracy of results along with enhanced levels of targeting.3. Planning and strategising for the overall growth of the company specifically through the ability to analyse data efficiently and effectively while introducing new and innovative methods to do the same.
