Managing large-scale projects isn’t easy. It requires good leadership, strong organization, and attention to the most minute of details. These are skills I have spent 15 years mastering, and I would love to bring my experience to the next level.My background and training in construction, as well as my expertise in overseeing fieldwork, leading construction projects, managing tight budgets, and meeting TransLink and BCRTC objectives, have notably benefited the new Operation Control Centre (OCC2) project within TransLink Major Project. I’ve crafted my management skills, built strong client relationships, and met every corporate objective I've been faced with. I have a proven track record of success as the OCC2 project manager.The ability to oversee all aspects of a project simultaneously, with attention paid to every detail but without losing sight of the big picture, is one that I have mastered. It goes without saying that time management and multitasking are two of my strengths, but equally important is my ability to lead a team of contractors, consultants, and TransLink Systemwide, ensuring that each member delivers top-quality work, and properly delegating tasks to capitalize on their specific strengths.
