Oversaw the game day operations of the new restaurant concept inside Target Field. The venue, Bat and Barrel is a newly re-designed restaurant concept opened to season ticket holders as well as the general public. The space has a capacity of 475 guests and averages $25,000 per game and $40,000 per concert.

Attended the 2018 Sugar Bowl in New Orleans with the Auburn, AL based company, Tailgate Guys, to assist with the operations of the alumni tailgates for the respective teams playing in the game. As an intern, I assisted with set up and break down of the alumni tailgate, answered all questions from guests about the venue, menu, set up, etc.

Mountain Brook, Al

Assisted the chef with any preparations needed to be made prior to cooking entrees along with unloading and restocking inventory in a timely and efficient manner.

Birmingham, Alabama Area

Shadowed the local owner, observing leadership techniques and strategies for running the company. Assisted the manager with scheduling of employees and filing paperwork from previous events in the ballpark. Led the set up and break down crews before and after home baseball games and events. Attended non-game day events to get a firsthand look at what the catering and events manager’s jobs entailed.
