I currently serve as a project manager at Forge Biologics, a dynamic biotech company dedicated to developing and manufacturing AAV gene therapies for rare diseases. I began my journey at Forge in December 2022 and swiftly advanced, culminating in two promotions within my first two years. In my role, I take charge of planning, executing, and delivering various projects which involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, external partners, and stakeholders. Leveraging my project management skills, including attention to detail, effective decision-making, and strong leadership, I ensure that my projects meet or exceed expectations in terms of quality, scope, budget, and timeline.My goals are to continue building my project management skillset, enhancing my knowledge of AAV gene therapies, and leading my projects to success. I am always eager to take on new challenges, learn from others, and grow professionally and personally. I value teamwork, quality, and impact, and I strive to uphold these values in everything I do.
