- Develops and implements theatre-based curriculum to provide growth to students through acting, vocalization, music theory and dance- Cultivates a safe space for youth by promoting equality and inclusion to ensure all students feel a sense of belonging and peace- Prepares students for final showcases that exhibit material learned throughout the process

- Provides administrative intervention for students with behavioral problems utilizing an empathetic approach to promote learning- De-escalates intense behaviors displayed by students through proactive and corrective teaching- Assumes responsibility for the academic and social growth of each student- Monitors student progress and provides positive reinforcement to students to foster and maintain improvements in behavior

- Build relationships with kids, monitor, and lead by example- Being a positive role model and address positive and negative behaviors- Provide direct youth care & supervision to an assigned population which includes but not limited to the maintenance of the therapeutic environment using the Psycho Educational Model of Treatment (PEM)- Provide a safe environment for all youth & staff- Monitor the basic physical needs for the youth

- Teaches different styles of dance to students ranging from kindergarten to seniors- Creates innovative and unique choreography that challenges students to maximize their potential and allow them to step outside their comfort zone- Utilizes all art forms to improve student technicality, form, and routine through engagement and education
