This position was a combination of assistant manager and inventory control. My responsibilities included managing the operations of a high volume retail facility with 30 employees, hiring/firing, Employee Coaching, Achieving sales goals, Scheduling, DOH compliance, Online sales, Delivery , and more. The inventory side of this role involved extensive skills in Microsoft Excel. Utilizing wireless scanners, fancy excel sheets and a double verification system I was able to establish the first SOP in the company for inventory reconciliation.
