I joined the "fabulous four" of Now Yoga at the Shala. Rooted in the Om Yoga tradition, I teach thoughtful organic sequences using subtle language to articulate precise alignment cues as well as hands-on adjustments to guide and deepen each student’s individual practice. Throughout a rigorous alignment-informed vinyasa practice, I infuse pranayama, yogic philosophy, and a purposeful attention to all forms of sound to continuously ground us in the present.
