Responsible for facilitating communication between healthcare providers and patients, and maintaining the daily flow of patients through the office. I also managed patient records through our practice's electronic medical records system to maintain the quality and accuracy of the data.

As a First Year Interest Group (FIG) Mentor, I guided College of Natural Science students through their first two semesters of college. I arranged presentations, study groups, and social outings with the intent of introducing my students to the resources available to them at the university.

As a laboratory assistant, I aided in the instruction of undergraduate students within the introductory biology lab. I guided students through a variety of laboratory techniques over the course of a semester, ranging from introductory to advanced laboratory techniques.
