My role includes managing content across Instagram, and YouTube, where I focus on creating engaging posts, authentic captions, and compelling narratives that resonate with our community. By leveraging video, design, and a deep understanding of our mission, I help promote Happy Brew's inclusive environment, driving both brand awareness and customer engagement.
