I am a Junior in the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee and I’m studying for a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a major in Business Management and a minor in Advertising and Public Relations. I have always been a creative, passionate, and driven person who likes to be organized. In my position as a Student Assistant at the VolShop, I worked to ensure that the requirements of my position were met every day and that my area of the store was always looking its best with carefully placed merchandise and decorated display tables. In my current position at Enterprise, I put great effort into providing quality service and sales by making sure customers are completely satisfied and by offering all protections, upgrade options, and prepaid fuel.I am interested in exploring different aspects of managing a company and the projects that come along with it. I want to be a leader who others can look up to and trust with questions, concerns, and general conversation. I am striving to obtain a role that I know has a direct impact on the company through ideas that I can put forward to be generated towards productivity. After having many roles in different organizations and volunteer groups, I feel that I can put myself in a new environment and am able to understand how I can help others and offer propositions for problems that arise.
