I received my associates from Utah Tech University, and my bachelors in Family and Consumer Science Education from Brigham Young University Idaho. I am very passionate about family and consumer science because it teaches life skills. Students need these skills more than ever today and is fun to teach them these hands-on skills. Along with teaching, I created a "care closet" for the students in my class to be able to access food and hygiene products. If they are getting the lower level of Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs met, it may improve their want and ability to do well in school. I also am the advisor for the student led organization FCCLA (Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America). Where students' complete community service, better themselves, and compete at the local, state, and national level.I have had my photography business since 2016. I have been published in magazines and websites in the PNW. I shoot family, portraits, couples and weddings.
