In this role my primary objective is to ensure we select the best candidates and that all candidates despite the final outcome, have the best possible experience throughout the process. I am responsible for scheduling and conducting interviews and helping ensure that our systems are updated, liaise with talent acquisition and operations to ensure a structured approach to recruitment.

In this role, I was expected to be highly creative in order to attract Stirling University students to sign up to Prime Student. I was 2nd in the UK for highest number of sign-ups and won various prizes and bonuses for the digital content and competitions I created and promoted, with my content now being used in induction presentations. In my role I demonstrated excellent interpersonal communication skills. I was the face of Amazon Prime for University of Stirling and regularly communicated with managers and other ambassadors for advice on how to improve the campaign from the feedback received. My role required me to be up to date with various technologies and social communication channels in order to successfully promote the brand.
