Observed occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech therapists, feeding therapists, aquatic therapists and a NICU OT for a total of 560 hours through this internship. Britain development is a facility for infants and young children with developmental disabilities. They have a never-ending supply of activities and toys for each child and I was able to experience so many amazing sessions on a full-time schedule.Through this experience, I learned different tactics to engage infants in developmental growth activities. I also strengthened my skills in communication with the parents of the children and as well as with my co-workers.
