My name is Peyton Lando and I am a senior at the University of Tennessee. I'm currently a Finance major with a collateral in entrepreneurship. I am a hard worker that achieves anything I set my mind to. For example, I was able to reach manager status at my old job working in the restaurant business. I excel in group settings and love working with others who bounce ideas off of each other. In my business classes, working on team business presentations is something I really enjoyed and received positive remarks on. I am an effective communicator, as seen in my A in business communications. I am a perfectionist who loves to do everything to the best of my ability, which is why I strive for high marks in school and activities. After college, I am excited to become hands-on in fields I find intriguing, such as finance and real estate development. After obtaining my real estate license, I aim to be placed in a financial role at a top real estate investor or developer. I am fascinated by the real estate market and see the potential to be very successful. I have high aspirations and would like to become a top figure in my company. Specifically, I would love to crunch numbers on different properties and invest/buy properties of my own as well in order to make a profit. Right out of college, while working, I would like to buy my first investment property that will hopefully be the beginning of an expanding portfolio I hope to have.
