As an hourly manager, I supervise open and closing shifts, provide support for employees as business goes through the day, do various food orders for the restaurant as needed, do weekly inventory counts, enter food order invoices and alcohol order invoices, scheduling, interview candidates for employment, work specifically with back of house staff to improve kitchen functioning. I also work with my other managers to help create an enjoyable workplace environment for all the staff. I do my best to ensure both employees and guests alike feel welcomed and comfortable as soon as they walk in the doors.

As a line cook, I ensure food safety and cleanliness on the line. I work well with my team to make sure the food we serve is accurate, fresh, cooked/presented correctly, and timely. I work both grill and fry/pantry sides, grilling red meats, chicken breast, preparing ribs, whole BBQ chickens, beef brisket and other various BBQ items.
