Throughout my tenure at Airgas, I have demonstrated the ability to work across departments and establish strong working relationships with my colleagues. I have developed a strong understanding for accounting and finance at both corporate and business unit levels. In my current position as the Onsites Business Manager, I have enhanced my communication and analytical skills needed to be a successful business partner. I have a passion for presenting and communicating the P&L to business leaders with different backgrounds, guiding the conversation and providing insights to connect operational decisions to the financial impacts. For the past two years, I have been honing my Power BI skills to create meaningful and user friendly reports, KPI’s and visualizations for the group. As the 2018 Airgas Merchant Gases Values in Action Award winner, I strive for engagement, commitment to the success of our associates and achievement of the company’s goals.
