I am a highly motivated and accomplished individual with a strong academic background and diverse professional experiences. My academic journey begins with earning an Associate Degree in General Studies and an Associate of Science from MCC, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management, where I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Olivet Nazarene. I continued my education with a Master of Business Administration, also achieving this degree with Summa Cum Laude honors. Throughout my studies, I was recognized as an Academic All-American student-athlete multiple times and was actively involved in various honor societies and leadership organizations, including the National Society for Leadership and Success, Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society, and Enactus, where I served as a project leader.In my professional career, I have gained valuable experience in various roles that have honed my skills in customer service, management, and leadership. My tenure at Adidas as a Sales Associate and at Rewind as a Sales Associate and Manager provided me with a solid foundation in customer assistance, problem-solving, scheduling, and managing change, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. Additionally, my role as a server at Olive Garden enhanced my soft skills, such as teamwork, punctuality, and anticipating customer needs.My work experiences also include an internship at my home church, positions at Furniture Markets, Door Dash, independent remodeling and construction, landscaping, and as an election worker.
