In this position, I utilized Power Platform and Open AI to complete many useable projects. I constructed Power BI Reports and Dashboards to efficiently analyze and visualize data for recent revenue opportunities and wins and other year over year (YoY) calculations. I designed and built a virtual calling and self-scheduling portal using Power Pages, Azure Communication Services, Power Apps and Power BI. I built Power Virtual Agent demos that showcased self-service abilities to our customers. I researched Azure Open AI, AI Builder, and GPT and built demos for HSO's Application Platform team; shared learnings with AP team and enabled them to quickly upskill on Generative AI. I built Power Platform mobile apps demo highlighting features for the mobile workforce in all industries like routing, checklist activities, reporting, and analytics.

In this position, I was tasked with setting up the University of Jamestown's purchasing system. To do this, I worked between Jenzabar's products Jenzabar 1 and JICS.

In this position, I would work with various aspects of IT. This included troubleshooting computers (hardware and software), imaging in small and large scale, serving those who needed any technological help, and more.

At Bytespeed, I worked building a variety of custom hardware for companies all over the country. This hardware included laptops, small and large form factor business PCs, and eventually high-end gaming PCs. The fourth summer that I worked at Bytespeed, I was promoted to their Gravity Gaming department.
