Currently managing 130 medical distributors spread across the continental U.S, with the main goal of building relationships that in turn will deliver efficiency to their business while driving account growth into their target market(s) : Acute Care, Alternate Site (POL), Post-Acute Care, Laboratories, LTC markets, etc, to increase sales growth. Primary Duties and responsibilities include : -Selling and promoting NDC's full portfolio of healthcare products to achieve sales goals, forecasts and maintain customer relations in order to drive market penetration and profitable growth for the company.-Effectively grow and manage assigned territory by relationship selling, diagnosing client needs, forecasting market trends, continuous account profiling and contract management.-Prepare and present professional sales proposals and presentations that align with client business goals and objectives.-Cross-sell and up-sell to new and existing customers across multiple product and vendor channels.

-Assist customers with insurance/financial services in a way that minimizes their risk, and allows them to recover from the unexpected• Call leads and sell/produce new lines of business for the office -CRM Systems (Salesforce)• Service existing customer accounts, and provide customer service that exceeds expectations• Meet sales goals/quotas each month based on set markers

-Deliver prompt, excellent service to ensure an exceptional guest experience.-Offer helpful guidance with menu offerings, responding knowledgeably to questions.-Help with dessert and beverage preparation and ensure all dishes present well and are to order before serving promptly to guests.Periodically check in to ensure guest needs are met, then give customers an accurate check and collect payment at the end of their meal.

-Taught and led classes for new and advanced climbers alike to teach new techniques and practices, while maintaining a fun and entertaining course that alined with the company culture .-Worked point of sale stations, helping customers as they came through the business, ensuring that they have a positive transaction with the company, while promoting and marketing products to customers.
