Peyton is an Agent Coordinator with Douglas Elliman Hamptons. She is responsible for onboarding incoming new and dual agents and supporting agents in learning how to navigate the Douglas Elliman marketing system by providing them with the tools to support and build their business. As a resource for addressing any questions and concerns the agents may have, she is able to assist agents in staying focused while she quickly provides them with the answers they need during the onboarding process. This duality provides a proactive method in providing agents with training and orientation to get them on their feet as smoothly and quickly as possible.As someone who thrives on finding ways to help others, Peyton feels most fulfilled when helping people learn new things while setting goals for growth. She is quick to find solutions efficiently and teaches others to do the same. In providing an environment to help agents grow, she enjoys making sure they feel taken care of and guided while they are learning.When not at work, Peyton enjoys studying language, spending time with family and friends, and finding time for travel and experiencing new things.
