• Performed a study focusing on creating a novel solution to attenuating the neuroinflammatory effect induced by psychostimulant resulting in a pending publication• Preformed behavioral analysis studies on mice and rats after administering psychostimulant drugs resulting in a pending publication• Presented analyzed data to peers and contributed findings towards grant funding requests leading to the acquisition of $500,000 in grant money for my mentor’s lab• Trained and oversaw 2 summer scholar high school students to a level where they were able to collect meaningful data toward ongoing research projects

• Compiled a market analysis of over 20 different competing companies utilizing market research skills and organizational tools which led to a new way in which competitor profiles were structured• Analyzed warranty policies on over 20 different competing companies for 6 different product lines and effectively presented findings resulting in improved warranties for all 6 products

• Improved the managerial task of scheduling over 60 employees at 4 locations by breaking the summer schedule into months rather than halves resulting in each location being fully staffed every day• Oversaw the daily operation and upkeep of two different country club pools and two lakes utilizing effective delegation and communication resulting in contract renewals at each location every year• Organized monthly in-service training for over 30 different employees at 4 different location where skills were kept fresh through simulation, resulting in 100% of saves being successful
