- Oversees Take Care Utah, a direct service program focused on connecting individuals and families to health insurance programs while addressing systemic barriers to healthcare access.-Manages outreach and enrollment efforts under the State Opioid Response grant, providing support to individuals experiencing homelessness, substance use disorders, or justice system involvement.-Supervise the Linkage Coordinator pilot program, designed to enhance healthcare access and outcomes for adults with disabilities.-Leads a dedicated team of Health Access Assisters and Linkage Coordinators who collectively help thousands of Utahns enroll in health insurance programs annually.-Oversees UHPP's participation in the Salt Lake County AmeriCorps program, training and mentoring two AmeriCorps members.-Guides university-level interns-Prepares reports for partners and funders, showcasing program impact and outcomes.-Maintains an active license as a health insurance broker in the state of Utah

Oversees UHPP's partnership with the Utah Department of Corrections and Salt Lake County Jail, coordinating Medicaid enrollment efforts for people exiting incarceration. Collaborates with community partners to issue spots the enrollment process and ensure team reaches weekly goals of applying 60-100 individuals to Medicaid programs. Acts as a case advocate for clients and assists them with the entire Medicaid or Marketplace enrollment process, from the initial application to the point of approval, where folks may need help understanding benefits & getting connected to care. Licensed health insurance broker who provides free Medicaid, CHIP, and Marketplace application assistance. Conducts case management for clients throughout the eligibility process. Administers services in person, by video call, and over the phone, acting as a client advocate. Connects clients with other community resources and care providers. Conducts outreach at Community Correctional and Treatment Centers, the State Prison and Salt Lake County Jail, to provide education and answer questions about available health insurance options.
