I am a policy analyst at Community Dreams Foundation (CDF), a nonprofit organization that advocates for social justice and human rights. At CDF, I conduct research, analysis, and evaluation of policies and programs that affect marginalized and vulnerable communities. I also design and implement outreach and education initiatives to raise awareness and mobilize support for our causes. In addition to my policy work, I am a business development advisor at PressKit, an innovative platform that helps businesses and organizations connect with journalists and influencers, and generate positive exposure and awareness. I create and maintain strategic relationships with media and press outlets, leveraging my negotiation and communication skills to deliver value and excellence to our customers. I am passionate about finding and pursuing new opportunities, developing long-term partnerships, and solving problems for my clients and stakeholders. I graduated with a bachelor's degree in psychology from Miami University in 2021, where I developed a strong interest in human behavior, cognition, and social change. I believe that psychology can inform and enhance policy making and social impact, and I aspire to use my knowledge and skills to contribute to the public good.
