Aided clients in solving issues experienced in day-to-day interactions with their Point of Sale systems. Created scripting and tooling for conversion of itemized databases from other platforms to the ItWercs POS PlatformParsed large amounts of log data in order to trace issues to their source.

Found and reported hundreds of feature modifications and bugs for POS and Enterprise tooling.
