Peyton Davidson holds a BS in advertising from UNF. She has spent the last 14 years leading marketing programs in the real estate, development and homebuilding industries. Peyton recently received the 2022 NEFBA (Northeast Florida Builders Association) SMC Laurel Award for Best Marketing Professional and Best Website for a Local Builder.Peyton was the Marketing Manager for Providence Homes, Jacksonville's leading home builder in energy efficiency. She was responsible for all aspects of marketing from brand development and awareness to website creation and maintenance, search engine optimization, public relations, social media, event planning, agent and vendor relations, award submissions and leading philanthropic programs for the homebuilder. Previously, Peyton launched Collins Builders’ new custom website in December 2020 and helped to re-brand Collins Builders into a luxury custom homebuilder. Collins’ website won Best Website for a Local Builder at the 2021 NEFBA SMC Laurel Awards. Peyton has been instrumental in launching and promoting Collins Builders’ new virtual home designs. In addition, Peyton orchestrated marketing efforts for the Raleigh-Durham area's second largest homebuilder (by volume). She led the launch of Elevate Homes, a new active-adult concept for Dan Ryan Builders. The brand won 11 awards that year, with six of them being national awards, including “Best of 55+ Housing” and a silver prize at “The Nationals” awards. Peyton created content for digital and print collateral, maintained vendor relationships with a variety of contractors and specialists, managed an in-house team of marketing professionals and implemented a variety of marketing automation tools that allowed for faster time to market for digital and social channels. She was directly responsible for a $6.5m budget and effectively managed against budgeted expense. Dan Ryan Builders’ sales grew 20-plus percent year over year for three consecutive years during Peyton's tenure. As the VP of Marketing and Social Media for the Davidson Companies, Peyton co-founded and led corporate non-profit Davidson Cares, raising more than $860K to date for local youth organizations. She is very passionate about volunteering and giving back to the community. She was the 2021 Chair of NEFBA’s SMC Cares and now serves on the SMC Welcome Committee to help grow NEFBA / SMC memberships. She is also involved with Builders Care, INK! (Investing in Kids) and St. Augustine Youth Services, where she served on the Development Team from 2015 to 2017.
