My passion for photography quickly developed during the pandemic, and since then, I've produced a lifestyle brand that strives to capture clients and their unique stories through a comfortable and creative experience. The freelance path allows me to work with a variety of clients and provides me with unique projects which keeps me engaged. This job also demands a system of organization as I set up sessions, send invoices, scout for locations, market my services on social media, post social media content, and regularly update my website along with taking and editing photos and sending the final gallery to clients in a timely manner.I have completed over seventy paid sessions and am expanding into the market for wedding photography.I have also worked with small brands such as the Dayton Apparel Company, Madison's Creations Co., and the Lab Co.

Four summers of coaching for my local summer swim team allowed me the opportunity to give back to the swimming community that fostered my passion in the sport at such a young age as well as build meaningful relationships with young swimmers and families.One thing I quickly learned is that I am capable of coaching all ages. Throughout all my seasons on this team, I worked with every age group which all consisted of varying skill sets. I challenged myself to find the most effective ways to communicate whatever I was asking of my swimmers whether that meant being more descriptive or actually getting in the water to show them a certain drill or stroke.This job challenged me to refine my communication skills, create an exciting and encouraging environment that keeps children of all ages engaged, and to remain adaptable within any situation. Throughout my four summers coaching, we faced everything from the typical summer thunderstorm to a brutal tornado and the pandemic. Nevertheless, our team was fortunate enough to get through each season, and I pushed my swimmers to get the most out of every practice we had together whether we were focusing on technique, sprinting, endurance, or just having fun.

As a private swim instructor for three seasons at my local summer pool, I was able to work with a variety of swimmers who all had varying skillsets. Some of my clients were just learning how to swim, others learning how to be swim better, and the rest wanting to refine their technique. During these lessons, I always went in the water with the swimmer. Often, this was for their safety, but it also allowed me to show them certain drills or strokes so that they could visualize what they ideally should look like. I always provided encouraging feedback but continued to critique them so as to see optimal results by the end of each lesson.

During my two summers as an assistant swim lesson instructor, I worked with children under the age of twelve and proficiently broke down the components of swimming in order to build up their abilities. When I became a swim coach, this background aided me in helping struggling swimmers on the team who may not have mastered all of those basic skills yet.Some of the skills I taught were blowing bubbles, floating, kicking, bobbing, front stroke, elementary backstroke, streamlining, diving, basic water safety rules and more. For the younger children, I often used floaty toys to get them to walk around or rings to get them to dive underwater. The goal for those who were older was to develop their strength and provide them with the most efficient stroke that wouldn't leave them exhausted.

At sixteen, I committed myself to self-publishing a collection of poetry which I ultimately accomplished one year later. This process consisted of hours of writing, editing, formatting, and more editing. I utilized Amazon's Kindle Publishing where my final product, The Self-Proclaimed Psychopath, was available from July 2019 to March 2022.
