This entails actively assisting in various projects and tasks, such as the hiring and training of new seasonal associates.

I lead the utilization of our Atlanta Falcons Flag Crew Experience, which is is an on-field experience exclusively for our Season Ticket members and Group Sales. The goal of this experience is to give our members a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. They are able to hold the Falcons/American Flag on the field during pregame and/or halftime. During this time, they have the opportunity to see how gameday works behind the scenes and see players up close. Additionally, I manage various side projects aimed at enhancing the experience for our season ticket members.

My primary responsibility is to ensure the highest level of service is provided to Season Ticket Members across various aspects, including seat renewals, benefits, retention, ticketing, finance, account management, and gameday activities. Additionally, I play a crucial role in recovering past due PSL and Season Ticket payments from clients, creating customized payment plans to maintain account compliance throughout the STM's journey. Utilizing the Ticketmaster Archtics ticketing system and Microsoft Dynamics CRM, our team efficiently manages all STM records, an essential aspect of my role. Furthermore, I seize opportunities to drive revenue through new sales, seat upgrades, and renewals as required.
