Epiq Insurance Agency an independent insurance agency where calls are made out to customers who show an interest in receiving auto insurance. These calls consisted of myself, an insurance processor, introducing themselves and the company, posing questions to the customers about what they are looking for, filling out their information, and transferring them to a licensed insurance agent in a timely manner. Throughout these calls, rebuttals needed to be presented in the case of customers declining the offer to receive a rate. I needed a transfer rate above a certain percentage in order to maintain my status and be seen as a reliable processor.

The Little Gym is a facility for kids ages 6 months to 12 to come and learn both gymnastics and other skills. I was a teacher in classes for kids 3 years old to 12 years old and I worked to develop their confidence, communication, motor, and problem solving skills. I had to revamp games to tie into our theme and what learning aspects we were targeting for the day. I was qualified to work behind the desk and answer customer questions, enroll them in classes, collect payments and promote our specials in order to boost sales. Finally, I facilitated and trained new team members to complete roles in a way to receive high ratings by our customers.
