These calls consisted of myself, an insurance processor, introducing themselves and the company, posing questions to the customers about what they are looking for, filling out their information, and transferring them.

The Little Gym is a facility for kids ages 6 months to 12 to come and learn both gymnastics and other skills. I was a teacher in classes for kids 3 years old to 12 years old and I worked to develop their confidence, communication, motor, and problem solving skills. I had to revamp games to tie into our theme and what learning aspects we were targeting for.
