I am a current Hospitality Management student with a focus in the hotel industry. I have worked as a front-facing associate in this industry for two years. The tasks in which I have become skilled in vary from phone reception, guest services, Opera and Delphi systems, guest satisfaction, and upholding various company policies and procedures. I pride myself on my ability to work well within a team structure, recognize organizational/operating issues and create standard operating procedures to combat them, and complete daily tasks to continue the flow of operation, all while maintaining a professional, friendly, and luxury experience for guests.
