Also, built KEDB (Known Error Database) and formulated problem management processes to improve NOTI (Not-On-Time Index) and RI (Rejection Index) • Developed detailed plan for cross-training team members on multiple applications • Monitored generation of detailed project metrics, and published monthly dashboards• Tracked and monitored project SLA, and ensured compliance with company norms • Monitored progress of knowledge transfer initiatives for new application featuresProject #2: IMS Legacy project • IMS (Investment Manager Services) as a product covers all aspects of investment life cycle from trade capture and settlement through performance and client reporting.
