• Inspect, test, maintain, and repair avionics system and components on assigned aircraft • Conducted over 3000 inspections as a Collateral Duty Quality Assurance Representative accounting over 6000 maintenance man hours ensuring safe, quality maintenance is being performed by all personnel• Supervise Executive Flight Detachment Avionics Marines in the safe and proper maintenance of the VH-3D and VH-60N avionics systems which involves proper testing, troubleshooting and repairing procedures, installing new equipment, performing upgrades, and correctly documenting maintenance actions• Supported over 70 Presidential and White House movements within the continental United States and overseas maintaining the highest possible standards through meticulous managerial skills and ensured communication assets were ready to support the President worldwide • Maintained a TOP SECRET, Special Compartmentalized Information (SCI) clearance from February 2007 to February 2012 in performance of official duties as required in direct support of transporting the President of the United States • Routinely handled very sensitive communication equipment and materials, ensuring secure Presidential communication capabilities resulting in zero security violations and high marks on all National Security Agency inspections• Provide leadership, mentorship, technical guidance, and management to 30 subordinates ensuring their personal and professional growth through effective counseling• Compiled operational or personnel records for all 30 subordinate employees, such as time and production records, inventory data, repair or maintenance statistics, annual training requirements and test results• Serve as an Electronic Key Management System (EKMS) Alternate Custodian, maintaining accountability of Communication Security (COMSEC) gear and Keying Material (KEYMAT)
