Then for a short period I worked as a Master of construction and installation, then as head of the transport department. Further, in case of crisis situation for the company, my leadership decided to to promote me to the position of Master of construction and installation works by November 2019. After I managed company’s problems, my manager moved me to the project department. I have been working as the Head of project department since November 2019.I have solid knowledge of Project management principles and flow. I know Autocad, Autodesk, C++. I have strong conflict resolutions skills, I can ease the tension among colleagues to ensure effective and constructive collaboration and communication. I also have good interpersonal skills in dealing with peers, vendors & customers. I have extensive experience with various stakeholders in B2B industry, good organizational skills including problem solving and multitasking. I am very good at crisis management and finding efficient solutions for difficult situations.I have inquisitive mindset, always strive to master my professional skills and keep up to date with modern technologies and trends.
